At Stapely Care we pride ourselves on always moving forward, both in the immediate and longterm future. Our forthcoming projects include the following exciting developments.
We have 19 premium open-plan suites under construction, all in the magnificent Fernlea House, located adjacent to the Stapely Care Residential Home. These deluxe units have spacious living, kitchen and dining areas, plus bedroom and ensuite bathrooms which are ideal for later life residency. This means that the full span of later life care is catered for in the Stapely complex.
The Stapely Care Retirement Villlage concept will be made up of 70 units for approximately 100 residents, creating a bustling community which will have access to all amenities and leisure activities right on its doorstep.
Onsite facilities will include a swimming pool, spa and gym, shop, plus easily accessible healthcare thanks to an onsite GP contact surgery. There will be a restaurant and yoga studio in the adjacent Fernlea House.
There will be dynamic and exciting events available to residents and their families, all within touching distance of their homestead.
